Medspa Manager/Clinic Director in Athens, GA dermani MEDSPA is seeking a Clinic Director/Medspa Manager for our Athens location.Qualifications: Candidates must be a licensed esthetician and a licensed laser practitioner in Georgia, or willing to obtain laser certification within 60 days.Preferred Experience: Previous medspa/clinic management experience is preferred.Note: Any medical procedures performed are supervised by our Medical Doctor and are outside the scope of this role.Responsibilities include:Overseeing daily operations, staff management, and facility maintenance.Performing duties as an esthetician and laser practitioner.Fostering a positive work environment to maximize morale and productivity.Handling client complaints and ensuring service quality.Ensuring services comply with company policies and protocols.Hiring, supervising, developing, and terminating employees as needed.Our mission is to provide evidence-based aesthetic treatments with excellent customer service.
