In this role, you will be responsible for growing a well-established engineering practice through identification of new clients and opportunities and developing talent to support the successful execution of these projects. Markets served will include aviation, healthcare, higher education, federal, mission critical, advanced manufacturing and more. Your project portfolio is expected to feature resilient customer owned (behind the meter) substations, power distribution networks and microgrids capable of grid-parallel or islanded operations to deliver reliable electric utility service across large facilities and campuses. Your primary responsibilities will include market strategy, business development, client interactions, proposal development and project execution. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to develop innovative and compelling design solutions that provide exceptional market value. Experience in consulting, design, design management and project management will be highly regarded, as will operational leadership experience.
