Medicare Member Engagement Specialist - A-Line Staffing Solutions : Job Details

Serves as a licensed Medicare Member Engagement Specialist answering complex Medicare Advantage plan and benefit questions. Tracks and follows-up with Medicare members at risk for disenrollment from the health plan. Assists with outreach programs designed to increase retention of Medicare members. Utilizes script to ask questions of Medicare members to understand their needs. Documents all calls and performs plan changes when appropriate. Gives presentations regarding plan benefit information to individual or groups of Medicare members. Has working knowledge of and complies with CMS rules and regulations related to Medicare Advantage plans. Critical Information Must obtain Health, Life and Accident Insurance License by October. Continuing Education Classes required every 2 years for renewal of the insurance license. Valid drivers license required.
