Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician in Illinois (Sign-On Bonus Eligible) - K.A. Recruiting : Job Details

The Med Tech/MLT performs various routine and complex clinical laboratory tests according to established policies and procedures in order to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease; assesses test results for accuracy; performs routine scheduled preventative maintenance, calibration and minor problem troubleshooting on laboratory instruments. The Med Tech/MLT may perform blood specimen collection, training personnel and students. Independent judgement and professional education and certification are required.

Type: Full-time and permanent

Shifts: M-F, Days or Evenings

Requirements: College degree; ASCP; prior experience

Pay: $31-$37/hr
