Medical Technologist - GHR Healthcare : Job Details

We're looking for a skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our dynamic clinical team! This night shift, generalist role offers the chance to work across multiple lab disciplines—Chemistry, Hematology, and Blood Bank—while contributing to high-quality patient care.

What You'll Do:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory procedures across all benches, using manual and automated methods.
• Analyze and report results accurately, exercising independent judgment.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and quality control measures.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure CLIA compliance.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver timely, accurate results.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or Life Sciences.
• 1+ year of experience in a relevant lab setting (preferred).
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lab procedures, instrumentation, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) and adapt to changing workloads.
