Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

• Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local&travel allowed.

• COVID vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.

IVS to OFFER

Prior experience in large teaching facility required

Patient population: Patients who are acutely ill with a wide variety of medical problems and diseases

Required skills: Experience with IV pumps, Phillips monitors, PCA/PCEA, chest tubes, wound vacs

This facility requires all work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit

No block schedules for any reason

Public Transportation is not accessible in this area

Reliable transportation required— personal vehicle or rental vehicle strongly recommended

Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November– April
