Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).

• Local&travel allowed.

Additional Details:

RTO must be listed at time of submittal. Changes after offer could result in offer being rescinded.

25 bed acute care unit– 2 of these beds being ICU. Unit runs with 2-3 MST RNs and 1 ICU RN with help from 2-3 CNAs. Unit follows an acuity based staffing model.

Wound care experience highly preferred. Tele experience highly preferred but not required.

Ratios 1:6 but manager try's to run at 1:4.

Small critical access rural facility with ED, Acute care unit and lab services.

36 or 48 hours allowed– please note which the candidate prefers.

Longer contracts– 26 weeks, preferred.

7 days maximum time off
