Medical Scribe - Pacer Staffing : Job Details

Job Title: Medical Scribe

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90025

Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Start Date: August 25, 2025

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Pay Rates: $25/hr Gross weekly :$1000

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany physicians during patient encounters
• Accurately transcribe:
• Patient history and physical exam findings
• Procedures and treatments performed
• Lab and radiology results
• Patient education and explanations of procedures
• Orders for medications, referrals, and tests
• Diagnoses, symptoms, prescriptions, and follow-up instructions
• Edit and prepare the medical documentation for physician review and signature

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Medical Scribe
• Strong computer proficiency
• Excellent written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, diagnostic procedures, and pharmacology

Preferred Qualifications:

• College education in a related healthcare field
• Experience with CS Link/Epic (EHR)
