Medical Records Clerk - Weekends Only Poplar Springs Hospital, a 183 bed acute care and residential facility, is located in Petersburg, Virginia, 20 minutes south of Richmond and 50 miles north of North Carolina. The Medicial Records Clerk will maintain medical record integrity through filing, assembling, and retrieving confidential patient records; processes admission and discharge records; maintains master patient index; sets up or reactivates folders for admissions; performs audits; assists physicians in locating records.
