Medical Records Clerk - PARK NURSING HOME : Job Details

Park Nursing home is currently looking for a Medical Records Clerk for our 196 bed facility. The candidate will be in charge of gathering all resident Medical information and organzing their respective charts and including but not limited to:

• Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely maintenance of all caregiver and client records according to the established file system procedures
• Observes legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of caregiver, client and proprietary information.
• Copies, faxes, scans and files paperwork as needed.
• Plan, organizes, and completes tasks in an acceptable time frame, manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Provides backup assistance for other office functions such as reception, data entry and general clerical services.

Understanding of Nursing and Medical terminology a plus.
