Medical Records Clerk - Evening Shift - Centurion group : Job Details

Hourly pay rate of $22/hour after successful completion of six month introductory period. Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Stateville Northern Receiving Center located in Crest Hill, Illinois. The Medical Records Clerk maintains offender health records, retrieves health records for scheduled appointments, files offender health data, initiates records for new or transferred intakes. They review health records for completeness, files records as required, prepares reports as needed and more.
