Job Overview
A local medical facility is seeking Receptionists on a temporary basis (4+ weeks) to assist with the integration of a new system. For strong candidates, there may be an opportunity to transition into a long-term role.
Hours: Monday–Friday, shifts between 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check patients in for appointments
Verify insurance information and process payments
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
Assist patients and staff with administrative needs as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service skills and a welcoming personality (a must!)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn—medical experience is not required (training provided)
High School Diploma or GED required
