Medical Receptionist/Front Desk - Ridgeview Medical Center : Job Details

This position is responsible for creating a positive first impression to the patients, the complete and accurate registration and scheduling for patients and various administrative duties. Job Functions Efficiently registers patients, in person or via phone, capturing and verifying all required information in order to identify the patient, contact the patient, and receive proper reimbursement for services on initial claim submission. Completes pre-visit planning to ensure seamless patient experience. Assigns the appropriate Guarantor for each patient. Greets and provides courteous customer service to internal and external customers. Ensures patient receive necessary disclosures, privacy information, and sign the Consent to Treat documentation.
