In this essential front-office role, you'll handle a variety of administrative responsibilities, including answering high call volumes with professionalism and care, scheduling appointments, registering patients, verifying insurance, and collecting copays and payments. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key as you manage pre-certifications, referrals, and assist with chart preparation to keep our practice running smoothly.
We're looking for a reliable team player who shows initiative, arrives on time, and is ready to jump in and support the team wherever neededincluding traveling to nearby offices for coverage when necessary. If you're a fast learner with medical receptionist experience (a plus!) and bilingual skills (preferred but not required), this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a supportive and collaborative Primary Care team dedicated to delivering compassionate patient care.
