Welcome patients to the GSH Structural Heart Center in a professional and compassionate manner, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout their visit Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for consultation and testing, ensuring accurate timing and resource availability Confirm patient appointments, reschedule as necessary, and update scheduling systems Efficiently obtaining patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance and promptly uploading to EMR for clinical review Schedule all patient appointments from time of patient referral, testing including but not limited to Cardiac CTA, TEE, and any required lab work through post procedure follow up appointments Implement an improved appointment schedule for the GSH Structural Heart Center patients along with routine communication of the schedule for all involved GSH departments Preps the patient chart with pre-visit planning by reviewing the next working days schedule and identifying gaps in care Verify medical insuranc...Office Assistant, Medical, Medical Assistant, Support Staff, Office, Structural, Business Services
