Under general supervision, performs routine and complex analytic procedures on bloodand/or other body fluids or specimens, involving manual techniques or the use oflaboratory instruments and information systems. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Performs routine and complex biological, chemical, cytological, hematological,histologic, immunological, microscopic, and/or bacteriological tests procedures onlaboratory specimens, using manual or automated techniques and informationsystems, for the purpose of diagnosing, preventing, or treatment of disease.
