What You'll Do as Medical Director You'll continue seeing patients and practicing medicine while providing critical medical leadership for the hospital. This includes: • Guiding and mentoring veterinarians and technicians • Developing and refining medical protocols • Partnering with the Practice Manager to drive hospital growth and efficiency • Fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and support • Leading with empathy and integrity, while championing high standards of care What We Offer You
  • Annual salary: $185,000-$250,000 (based on experience)

Our Facility Located in a charming building, our hospital is equipped to handle a wide variety of cases: • 6 modern exam rooms • Dedicated staff space on top floor for breaks and offices • Dental suite with digital dental radiographs and trained dental techs • Fully equipped treatment area, isolation ward, and in-house lab • In House ultrasound and echo • Experienced well trained Licensed Technicians on staff and ability to manage complex cases • Grooming services and boarded surgeon & cardiologist available by appointment • Modern cloud based PIMS with integrated labs and imaging About You • DVM (or equivalent) with active New York State license • 5+ years of veterinary experience • Strong communicator and collaborative leader • Passionate about mentorship, protocol development, and medical excellence • Able to coach, delegate, and support a high-performing team • Organized, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented Life in Park Slope Park Slope offers the perfect balance of city life and neighborhood charm.
