Atlantic Health is Seeking a Medical Director of Psychiatry at CentraState Medical Center Atlantic Health System, one of New Jerseys largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director of Psychiatry at CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, NJ. This full-time position will oversee a 19-bed adult inpatient unit that includes both voluntary and involuntary patients. The unit serves individuals 18 and older, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders, special needs, and autism spectrum disorder. In addition to inpatient care, responsibilities include consult & liaison psychiatry, crisis intervention, and addiction psychiatry. Interest or experience in electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is highly preferred.
