Job Description :
- The Medical Director primarily leads the design and implementation of all medical practice, provides clinical oversight, administrative, and strategic leadership for the delivery of medical and psychiatric services.
- The Medical Director ensures that clinical care meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and effectiveness while aligning with the organization's mission, values, and regulatory requirements.
- The Medical Director collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, oversees medical staff, and drives initiatives to improve client outcomes across all programs and service settings.
- The Medical Director also provides key leadership in quality and risk management and works closely with the Chief Program Officer and other agency leaders to strategize on agency-wide quality and risk management.
