• Aveterinarian with leadership experienceor a strong desire to step into a leadership role.
• Experience inurgent care, emergency, or general practicewith a passion for fast-paced medicine.
• Ability toguide clinical teams, develop protocols, and drive patient care excellence.
• A Texas veterinary license (or ability to obtain one).
