Medical Director – Part-Time | Lyons, NY

Location: Lyons, NY (On-Site)

Contract Duration: 1 Year (with 4 optional one-year renewals)

Schedule: ~8 hours/week

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement resident care policies
• Coordinate physician, dental, and podiatry services
• Participate in QAPI, infection control, and safety reviews
• Conduct staff education and serve as medical consultant
• Provide second opinions, respite coverage, and employee physicals

✅ Requirements:

• Licensed MD or DO in New York
• Experience in geriatric/long-term care preferred
• Knowledge of CMS, NYSDOH, and infection control standards
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

🦷 Dentist – Part-Time | Lyons, NY

Location: Lyons, NY (On-Site at County Nursing Home – 192 beds)

Contract Duration: 1 Year (with 4 optional one-year renewals)

Work Arrangement: 52+ on-site sessions/year (minimum 2 hours/session), plus emergency/off-site care as needed

Seeking a licensed Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care for long-term care residents. This contract role includes direct treatment, oral hygiene oversight, and compliance with NYS DOH 483.55 and Title X Chapter V.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct exams, X-rays, cleanings, extractions, restorations, and denture services
• Maintain and develop oral health policies and documentation
• Coordinate emergency and hospital-based dental care
• Deliver in-service training and provide compliance reports
