Medical Device Service Engineer - Airgas, Inc : Job Details

The Medical Device Service Technician position will perform depot level repair activity as well as minor manufacturing steps to maintain a fleet of class II medical devices. You will be required to complete repairs and manufacturing processes with a high level of detail and a focus on quality. Responsible for the repair, testing and calibration of clinical equipment, devices, instruments and systems. Performs scheduled maintenance, electrical safety and functional testing on medical equipment, which may include specialized equipment to departmental and manufacturer protocols. Provides technical assistance and support to Airgas Therapeutics clinical and sales personnel as needed. Maintains accurate records for all work performed. Other related duties as assigned. Documents all daily, weekly, monthly repair and maintenance activity/repairs per applicable policies and/or procedures.
