Medical Coordinator - Birch Family Services : Job Details

Maintain scheduling of all medical appointments, medication records, and ensure RN / MD treatment orders are implemented for all individuals in a residential facility. Essential Functions: Prepare consult sheet for each appointment regardless of locale per agency guidelines Review all consults after appointment immediately upon return to facility (whether medical coordinator accompanied the consumer or not).
