**This position requires extensive travel to our other reservations. The incumbent will work 1 week in Hollywood, 1 Week in Big Cypress, 1 Week in Brighton, and 1 week in Immokalee. Home base can be any of our clinics (HW, BC, BR, or IM). Incumbent will be provided with a take home vehicle to use for work. The home base schedule will be 8-5, however when working at the other reservations, we will build an hour of travel into the day and the schedule will be 9-4. Must be flexible with schedule as the incumbent will be needed to attend community meetings and other functions.

The individual exercises direct oversight of medical clinic supervisors and the case management team, while also directing the formulation of goals, objectives, strategies, programs, and budgets for assigned areas. This role oversees the coordination and facilitation of ongoing training programs to reinforce safety protocols and best practices, such as the administration of tests, procedural oversight, and reporting requirements. The incumbent coordinates work schedules, ensuring efficient team management, staff development, program delivery, evaluation, and quality control. The Medical Practicing Administrator evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, makes recommendations for improvements, facilitates communication and coordination between clinic staff and other Health Department functions, to enhance the delivery of Health and Human Services to the Seminole Tribe of Florida community. This role may also involve the direct provision of comprehensive healthcare services—including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care—to promote patient wellness and continuity of care.

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Health Care Management, Nursing, Business Administration, Social Work or related field is required. Master's degree is preferred. Florida licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is highly preferred. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in a health facility or community Health Care setting with at least five (5) years on a supervisory or management capacity is required. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills. Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving abilities. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is a requirement of this position.
