The primary responsibilities include managing phone communications, scheduling patient visits, navigating the patient portal, and obtaining patient information while delivering excellent customer service. • Answer patient phone calls
• Schedule patients for visits within the practice
• Navigate the patient portal through EPIC
• Obtain patient information such as demographic info
• Provide excellent customer service
