Job Summary Our client is seeking a Call Center Agent to join the Neurology department. The primary responsibilities include managing phone communications, scheduling patient visits, navigating the patient portal, and obtaining patient information while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer patient phone calls
  • Schedule patients for visits within the practice
  • Navigate the patient portal through EPIC
  • Obtain patient information such as demographic info
  • Provide excellent customer service
