As a PRN Medical Assistant with our Centralized Staffing Pool, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents within several of our Wellness Centers located in New York City, NY. The scheduled hours are PRN as needed. Day shift hours, typically between 8 am-5 pm. No weekends! Strong Phlebotomy skills a must. Front and back-office experience What Youll Do. Interviews patients and measures vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height)Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Prepares treatment rooms, cleans and sterilizes instruments. Medication administration including injections, performs laboratory tests, operates EK - Gs and other diagnostic equipment as permitted by state regulations.
