Now Hiring: Medical Assistant – Join a Leading Healthcare Team!

Full-Time | Competitive Pay | 4 Months Contract

Conversion or Extension Possible

Location: Oak Ridge, TN 37830

  • Scheduled: 40 hours per week (5 Days Monday -Friday)
  • Shift: Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri: 7 AM – 4 PM (1 Hr. Lunch Break)
  • Shift: On Wed: 7 AM – 1 PM

Hourly compensation: $20 - $23 per hour.

Job Summary:

  • Escort patients to exam rooms; record vital signs, weight, and height
  • Take and document patient histories and chief complaints in the EHR
  • Administer injections, immunizations, and medications as ordered
  • Assist providers during exams and minor procedures
  • Perform basic lab tests and specimen collection (blood, urine, etc.)
  • Conduct EKGs and other diagnostic tests as directed
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and exam rooms
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and HIPAA guidelines

    • We're Looking For:

    • Medical Assistant Certification.
    • Current BLS certification required.
