The Opportunity:
Overview: This work matters! As a newly hired Medical Assistant, you will receive a one-time New Hire Recruitment and Retention Incentive payment of $1,500 on your first paycheck. The incentive will be prorated based on the position's FTE status.

Types of jobs this recruitment will fill will be regular full time, limited duration (LDA- valid for up to 2 years), on-call positions (up to 20 hours per week) or temporary positions (40 hours a week up to 6 months) or float (different locations and schedule) positions.
Uncertified Medical Assistants will start 3% below the beginning wage listed.
The Certified Medical/Uncertified Assistant provides clinical support to the patient care team directed towards the prevention of disease and promotion of health using professional clinical support for quality patient care. This position works as part of a care delivery team and works closely with physicians and mid-level providers and other team members to help ensure the delivery of high quality patient care.
