Sign on bonus: $1000 Position: Medical Assistant - Internal Medicine. Location: 429 N York Rd, Elmhurst. Full Time: 40 hours per week. Hours: M-F 8 am- 4:30 pm. Required Travel: No. What you will do:Under the direction of the Supervisor, performs select clinical functions to enhance delivery of patient care. Prepare patients for physical examination, obtain specimens, conduct select routine laboratory tests and records results, routine diagnostic tests and may perform phlebotomy. Under general supervision of a physician, administer selected medications/injections. Also performs clerical duties related to clinic operations. MA supports a busy Primary Care office with multiple providers and additional clinical staff.
