MEDICAL ASSEMBLY- $23/HR AND UP - Aerotek : Job Details

This position supports the daily operations of tissue sewing for heart valve assembly. As a member of the Operations team, you will play a crucial role in achieving upcoming clinical milestones, with significant opportunities for growth. You will be involved in building valves to support clinical trials and research and development.

• Sew tissue for heart valve assembly in a cleanroom environment.
• Ensure finished product quality and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Prioritize work by sequencing and timing tasks based on precedence and importance.
• Accurately handle and maneuver small components and parts.
• Follow gowning procedures for cleanroom entry and exit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date job documentation for operations and functions.
• Utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
• Work independently and maintain focus with minimal supervision.
• Assist in ensuring cleanrooms meet standards by following appropriate cleaning procedures.

• Experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
• Proficiency in basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Knowledge of and ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software.
• Ability to use microscopes.
• 2+ years sewing experience with heart valves, or 1 year experience
• 4+ years working in a cleanroom environment.

Work in a cleanroom environment focused on sewing valves and tissues. The role requires adherence to gowning procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and precision.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul, MN.
