Medical Affairs Executive Director (MED), National Accounts - Genentech : Job Details

The Medical Affairs Executive Director (MED) National Accounts is responsible for creating and driving a comprehensive medical strategy across national organizations, may include Payers, Federal Health Care Providers, Clinical Pathway Vendors, Large Integrated Care Delivery Networks, Channel Partners, Hospital, and Distribution customers. This role aims to optimize access and formulary positioning of Genentech products, improve patient outcomes, and elevate customer experience. Key Responsibilities:Deeply understand the unique medical needs of each customer to increase satisfaction, improve outcomes, and lower healthcare costs. Define and implement strategic medical vision for defined National Accounts, identifying collaboration opportunities to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
