This role will allow you to apply your industry knowledge, passion, negotiation and relationship skills to build a unique approach to how our clients go to market, delivering best in class opportunities while maximizing value.We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Media Planning Supervisor to lead day-to-day media planning and buying activities across key client accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of both traditional and digital media, team leadership skills, and the ability to turn strategy into action. You will be responsible for guiding junior team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that media campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time, and on budget.As a Media Supervisor, you'll serve as a critical link between strategy and execution-helping clients make informed decisions while mentoring the next generation of media talent.In This Role, You Will:* Lead media planning and buying across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional channels* Translate client objectives and strategies into actionable media plans and tactical recommendations* Oversee campaign implementation, optimization, and performance reporting with accuracy and attention to detail* Manage client relationships, providing clear communication, strategic counsel, and regular updates on campaign progress* Supervise and mentor a team of Assistant and Associate Media Planners, supporting their development and daily workflow* Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution* Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms, and media innovations to bring fresh ideas to clients* Participate in partner negotiations and ensure media investments deliver maximum valueWhat We Are Looking For:* Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field* 4-6 years of media planning/buying experience, ideally in an agency setting* Strong knowledge of media principles across channels, including digital, video, social, and traditional* Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven client-facing experience* Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff* Proficiency in media tools such as Prisma, MediaOcean, Comscore, Google Ads, and campaign analytics platforms* Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail* A strategic thinker who is also hands-on with planning, budgeting, and executionAbout MRM:MRM is a modern relationship marketing agency dedicated to building enduring brand relationships. The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
