Media Coordinator, Local Media - Active International : Job Details

Note: This position is Hybrid to Pearl River, NY This position works with the VP, Dir. of Client Services and the Account Directors in the Local Media department to provide support on accounts from inception to completion. Responsibilities Works directly with Account Director to evaluate specs from client. Sends out avail requests. Sets up campaign in pre-buy system for buyers. Requests the proper estimates and verifies billing information. Liaises with Account Directors to send proposals to client with all pertinent documentation. Prepares traffic list to sends to the client. Sends proposed schedules into the stewardship program with proper accounting after receiving approval from client. Pulls all final reports (i.e., p&l, x 10, S 45, trade reports) and reviews for accuracy. Collects control sheets from Media Assistants. Performs weekly check of the profitability of assigned accounts. Reconciles final client billing packets.
