Job Overview:
As the Media Analytics Manager, you will lead the charge in implementing effective solutions for our clients. This includes automating reporting processes, conducting analyses, and deriving insights aimed at maximizing the effectiveness of both digital and offline marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with our Analytics team, currently under the guidance of a Director, to enhance data management and delivery processes, foster innovation, and ensure collective team success on client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute and provide subject matter expertise on the overall analytics strategy on behalf of clients, encompassing data onboarding, integration, reporting, measurement, testing, advanced analytics (including machine learning), insight development, and forecasting.
Analyze the core business challenges faced by clients to formulate and report relevant campaign measurement frameworks, highlighting measures of success and in-flight optimization opportunities.
Ensure consistent understanding of daily analytics support and approved measurement frameworks.
Oversee, maintain, and manage aspects of data governance in collaboration with other team members.
Serve as a data analytics subject matter expert while working with internal planning, activation, and audience teams, as well as client teams.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for both internal and external audiences.
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by staying updated on industry trends, methodologies, and technologies.
You will report directly to the Director of Analytics.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of media analytics experience in a media agency environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Proficient in regular client communication, including presenting reports effectively.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python.
Experience with data management and transformation tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, or Fivetran to facilitate reporting automation and modeling.
Skilled with data visualization tools like Tableau, Datorama, Power BI, or Looker.
Demonstrated competence in managing media forecasting and accrual processes.
Experience collaborating with media partners to design and manage brand lift studies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in data visualization.
A collaborative team player with a spirit of teamwork, willing to mentor junior analysts (both onshore and offshore).
Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to rapidly and accurately deliver project outcomes.
The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Placement within this range is determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skills, and adherence to legal guidelines.
