Job Details

The Clinical Laboratory Technologist is an essential member of the Laboratory services team.

Responsibilities:

* Performs routine and STAT laboratory testing

* Generalist experience preferred: Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank. Some Microbiology (PCR, Rapid Testing) a plus.

* Verifies and communicates test results with multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

* NYS Clinical Laboratory Technologist license (ASCP) or eligible

* Knowledge of Federal (CLIA) and NYS regulatory requirements

* 1-2 years recent experience preferred

* Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel

* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

* Able to work independently

* Able to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed

Salary Range

USD $49.87 - USD $63.00 /Hr.
