• Inspects, diagnoses, and repairs diesel, electric, and gas-powered grounds equipment Core to the role, ensuring operational equipment for daily use.
• Performs routine and preventative maintenance Prevents breakdowns, extends equipment life, and minimizes downtime.
• Tracks parts/labor costs and identifies cost-saving opportunities Supports budgeting and operational efficiency.

• Strong knowledge of light/heavy equipment and internal combustion engines.
• Skilled in diagnosing mechanical issues and performing repairs.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding.
• Experience with golf course maintenance equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 91 - 100 pounds.
