Mechanical Systems Engineer - BMH - GE Healthcare Technologies : Job Details

Lead system-level design and integration activities for DXA products, ensuring alignment with clinical and business needs. Translate customer and regulatory requirements into system specifications and design inputs. Collaborate with hardware, software, mechanical, and quality teams to ensure cohesive system architecture and performance. Drive risk management activities, including FMEA and hazard analysis. Lead verification and validation planning and execution, including test development and data analysis. Support design reviews, technical documentation, and regulatory submissions (e.g., 510(k)). Investigate and resolve complex system-level issues, including field complaints and manufacturing challenges. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
