The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver committed to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This position reports to the Reliability & Maintenance Manager.

  • Apply predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis) to enhance reliability and extend equipment life.
  • Support and maintain the Mechanical Integrity (MI) program in accordance with PSM, API, ASME, and OSHA standards.
  • Partner with maintenance, operations, and engineering to assess asset health, identify reliability risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Promote continuous improvement using reliability tools such as FMEA, FMCA, MTBF, and Life Cycle Analysis.
  • Own the Relief Systems Program, including risk assessments, mitigation planning, and PM task execution for compliance assurance.
  • Track and report on key reliability metrics (KPIs) to monitor program effectiveness and asset performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal safety policies.
  • Act as a change leader by introducing sustainable improvements in maintenance and reliability practices.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related engineering software tools.
