Mechanical Engineering Technician - Eaton Corporation, plc : Job Details

Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment and process issues. Support implementation of new equipment, tooling, and process changes. Collaborate with engineers to develop and update work instructions and standard operating procedures. Train and mentor technicians and operators on technical procedures and best practices. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment uptime, scrap, and productivity. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen events. Contribute to a safe, engaged and inclusive work culture by complying with all safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment PPE and operation of equipment, and performing 5 S duties. Assist hourly personnel and supervisors in their efforts to improve their operations. Debug equipment to improve manufacturing processes.
