Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of financial and technological goals through the Annual Operating Planning and Structured Requirements Analysis Planning processes.

  • Identify and develop process innovations to support the site's vision and long-term objectives.

  • Design and execute plans, leveraging the latest approaches, to achieve organizational short, mid, and long-term goals; regularly review performance and initiate corrective actions as needed.

  • Apply technical expertise to develop existing processes and introduce new ones.

  • Research new technologies and trends to enhance process efficiency and commercial performance.

  • Ensure manufacturing capabilities, product and material application, and tool design standards are considered during implementation.

  • Coordinate and monitor compliance with all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety, and Environment.

  • Lead by example in alignment with Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while developing employees, managing talent acquisition, and fostering a proactive work culture.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of engineering experience within the metals manufacturing industry.

  • Proven managerial or supervisory experience.

  • Strong understanding of metallurgical processes, materials science, and manufacturing techniques.

  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.

  • Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
