Position Overview: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager to join our Orlando-Maitland office. This is a mid-level position ideal for professionals with a strong background in HVAC system design and experience managing projects within commercial and healthcare environments. The role involves leading mechanical design efforts while overseeing project schedules, coordination, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical engineering projects from design through construction

• Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layout design

• Select mechanical equipment, including DX systems, chilled water systems, pumps, and cooling towers

• Oversee the preparation of construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery

• Maintain effective written and verbal communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Support business development by building and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical/HVAC design for commercial and healthcare facilities

• Design and EIT preferred but not required

• Working knowledge of mechanical systems design standards and codes

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required

• Demonstrated experience in project management or coordination

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 per year
