The Role

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll lead HVAC design for complex, mission-critical projects, applying your Revit expertise and knowledge of codes to deliver innovative, resilient solutions. You'll collaborate with elite engineers, architects, and clients while driving designs that meet the highest standards of reliability.

What You'll Do

• Design advanced HVAC systems for mission-critical facilities.
• Lead coordination with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Mentor junior engineers while contributing to firmwide technical excellence.
• Stay at the forefront of codes, standards, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years' mechanical/HVAC design experience.
• BSME or equivalent.
• Strong Revit skills and mission-critical project exposure.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
