Mechanical Engineer - Insight Global : Job Details

Must Haves:

? BS in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience

? 4+ years of experience in designing hardware prototypes, preferably in wearable consumer electronics, or a similar field

? Knowledge of the design process for high-volume consumer products from concept to manufacturing

? Proficiency with CAD modeling [Siemens NX preferred]

? Physical prototyping experience

? Experience with FPC/PCB design

? Demonstrated experience with Design for injection molding and 3D printing

Nice to Haves:

? Knowledge of Camera integration, Sensor Integration, Elastomer design, Haptic devices, or Textile Manufacturing

? Experience developing wearable consumer electronics

? Hands-on prototyping with molding and casting of elastomers or industrial processes such as Liquid Injection Molding.

? Experience collaborating and communicating effectively on multi-disciplinary teams

? Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
