Mechanical Engineer - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leader in laboratory automation, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Chesterfield, MO

Pay Range: $36 per hour

What's the Job?

• Design, calculate, build, and test various hardware components for laboratory automation systems.

• Research products online and provide CAD drawings and technical documents, including assembly instructions and bill of materials.

• Assist in assembling prototypes and running tests while participating in design reviews.

• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance teams, scientists, and vendors both locally and remotely.

• Work independently and as part of different project teams onsite at the Chesterfield, MO campus.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a related field.

• Proficiency in CAD/Solidworks and PDM.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience with safety, project management, fabrication print best practices, and 3D printing.
