Kelly Engineering is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for our client in Delano, MN. This role demands independent design, development, testing, and improvement of mechanical components and systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust engineering background and problem-solving capabilities, paired with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive product development and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems and components using advanced CAD tools such as Solid. Works, CATIA, CREO, and AutoCAD inventors. Conduct comprehensive engineering analyses, including CFD, FEA, thermal, stress, and tolerance analysis. Lead complex engineering projects with minimal supervision and ensure timely delivery.
