Mechanical Engineer - Stantec : Job Details

The role of Senior Mechanical Engineering is to guide our Mechanical team and manage the design and delivery of small to large projects and to develop and maintain relations with current and future clients within our business line. You will represent project work in client meetings and be part of teams to cultivate relationships with client organizations. As a Senior Engineer you will focus on the design, construction, operation and maintenance of mechanical systems for engineering projects of a complex nature. You would provide leadership and training to more junior professional and technical staff and provide technical guidance to less experienced professionals or technicians assigned to work on a common project. Intermittently, you will guide investigations and advise on unusual and difficult problems encountered in the mechanical engineering practice, and to use and apply advanced engineering principles and have a working knowledge of advanced technical research.
