Mechanical Engineer - Kelly Services : Job Details

Support Existing Products: -Investigate and resolve mechanical issues in current production and products in the field. -Analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Design Improvements: -Recommend and implement design enhancements to improve product reliability, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency. -Conduct tolerance stack-ups and design for manufacturability (DFM) analysis. Change Management: -Prepare and process Engineering Change Orders (EC - Os). -Maintain and update product documentation including drawings, BOMs, and CAD models. Cross-Functional Collaboration: -Work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer service teams to address technical issues. -Participate in design reviews, failure investigations, and continuous improvement projects. Testing & Validation: -Develop and execute test protocols for component and system validation. -Evaluate returned product failures and provide detailed reports with proposed solutions.
