Job Type- Full time

1- Project manager (Experience - 3-5 years) Location: Houston, TX

QUALIFICATIONS-

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field of study plus Five (5) years experience in the job offered or five (5) years experience in design engineering performing each of the following duties: developing technical submittals, design calculations for various parts of flow control equipment, modeling and designing in software like Solidworks and AutoCAD

RESPONSIBILITIES -

Responsible for design calculations for various parts of flow control equipment as per AWWA 360. 561 and 562 standards; liaising with clients to discuss their project requirements and processing them to engineering department: Reviewing US Army Core of Engineers design standards; reviewing project plans and specifications and provide design recommendations to clients; performing startup on the Equipment (gate valves and actuators); conducting meetings with clients for their project schedule: Organizing meetings with design and manufacturing departments to maintain project schedule; preparing Operation & Maintenance manual to include project specific installation and maintenance requirements; negotiating with client for favorable terms in Purchase Order and saving the company from potential legal exposure; and supervising accuracy in manufactured parts.

2- Draftsman (Experience - 5-10 years) Location: Orange, MA

RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Develope detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks for various water control gates components and assemblies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.

- Conduct design reviews to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance and manufacturability.

- Create Bill of Materials (BOM) and assist in the procurement of materials for projects.

- Work closely with manufacturing teams to provide support and resolve design-related issues during production.

Skill set requirements.

- SolidWorks: Proficient in creating 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings.

- AutoCAD: Experience in using AutoCAD for drafting and detailing.

- GD&T: Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.

- Design Software: Familiarity with other design software and tools.

- Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

- Problem-solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve design issues efficiently.

3- Procurement specialist (Experience - +5 years) Location: Orange, MA

RESPONSIBILITIES -

Issuing requests for quotation and conducting negotiations and supplier selection for project demand.

Request for Quotation via e-platform (e-auctions, e-bidding)

Release of supplier purchasing agreements and ensure incorporation of contractual requirements.

Ensures updates of data to support project calculation with reliable material cost data and Lead-time data.

Placing and managing purchasing agreements with vendors, ensuring complete PO documentation.

Updating and monitoring ordered components up to First Article Inspection (FAI)

Responsible for Project Level Commodity Budget

Resolution to issues about pricing-related invoicing issues

Work closely with multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas to troubleshoot and resolve problems on Purchase Order.

Facilitates cost reductions needed in coordination with Commodity Management for the project to achieve overall material improvement.

Reviews and analyzes Engineering changes with each supplier regarding cost impact.

Quarterly supplier evaluation and regular supplier performance monitoring

4- Aftermarket sales representative (Experience - +3 years) Location: Orange, MA

RESPONSIBILITIES -

The Technical Inside Sales Rep will answer telephone and e-mails related to incoming leads; process RFQs and pass on technical questions to application engineers.

Call outside sales reps who work the project with the client and support them with quotes, technical and marketing information.

Develop product knowledge on valves and gates.

People-focused: be ready to answer questions and provide support when called on.

TEAM player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must!
