Mechanical Engineer (Eng 3) 1 - BWX Technologies : Job Details

Design complex mechanical systems related to facility infrastructure (HVAC, process plumbing, pumps, etc.) Review and write technical specifications for facility equipment and buildings. Manage projects related to mechanical infrastructure additions, replacements, or modifications. Work alongside other facility engineers, contractors, and maintenance groups. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology. Past experience with industrial/facility infrastructure design and industrial equipment. -CAD experience (Micro. Station preferred but not mandatory). -Must be able to demonstrate superior written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. -Must be highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. -Must be a US Citizen with no dual citizenship. -Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
