JOB DESCRIPTION: Krones, Inc. seeks an Mechanical Engineer 2 to utilize specialized knowledge of packaging machinery including conveyors, labelers, and filling equipment to understand the mechanical design as well as start-up and troubleshooting of the machine or retrofit assemblies. The role will be to support North America retrofit and new machine installations to provide efficient resolutions to technical issues by being a direct resource for Service Line and Regional Field Service. Work with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers both in North America and Europe to provide engineering and troubleshooting support during installation; lead ESS engineers and improve current processes to reduce downtime and increase customer satisfaction. This position is based out of Milwaukee, WI. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field or 10-20 years of experience as a Engineer or Field Service technician in the packaging industry. In addition, the following specific skills are required:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 25% of the time (domestic and foreign)
